The researcher employed a quasi-experimental approach. The study sample consisted of (60) third-level students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Al-Aqsa University. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to answer the study questions, measure the overall effect size, and compare the mean scores of the experimental group in the post-test and follow-up measurements. The results indicated statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test measurement, while no statistically significant differences were found between the post-test and follow-up measurements. The study recommended promoting students’ participation in sports performances and integrating them into academic programs and university activities due to their role in developing teamwork skills.
