The Palestine Technical College Journal for Research and Studies currently follows an open access publishing model and is committed to supporting the free dissemination of scientific knowledge without imposing financial burdens on authors.

The journal currently does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the publication process, including manuscript submission, peer review, revision, acceptance, or publication.
