Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the reality of applying electronic management in the five major municipalities of Gaza Strip according to supervisors' point of view. The study depended on the descriptive analytical method. Therefore, the researcher used a questionnaire as a tool for the study. The questionnaire concluded 28 paragraphs divided into 4 areas. These areas are (Availability of electronic devices and equipment, availability of electronic software and applications, availability of communication networks, availability of qualified human resources), After ensuring the validity and stability, the questionnaire was applied to a simple random sample of (250) male and female employees. The recovery rate was ( 90%), The study concluded the followings: According to the availability of electronic devices and equipment, the approval rate was 77.86%, According to the availability of electronic programs and applications, the approval rate was 80.47%, According to the availability of communication networks, the approval rate was 77.64%, According to the availability of qualified human resources, the approval rate was 74.11%, The study recommended following up the global developments in this field. In addition to develop training programs to raise the efficiency of human resources, and working to transfer the expertise and capabilities available in the five major municipalities to the rest municipalities of the Gaza Strip.
