The Reality of Applying Knowledge Management in The Military Medical Services in Palestine

Abstract

The study aims to identify the level of Knowledge Management of Military Medical Services (MMS) In Palestine, Whereas the researched population consisted of a staff in supervisory positions whose number is estimated in "156" employees " by the overall survey, except who participated in the sample exploratory to stay (139) employees, The study research tool is a questionnaire, and using descriptive analytical approach and statistical package for the social sciences program (SPSS) . The most important findings of the study:- 1. The level of application of Knowledge Management of medical services in the military is very weak (44.94%). 2. The most important elements of Total Quality success in the device is ensuring of verifying cognitive channels in order to facilitate the process of imparting knowledge as the fact that individuals (employees) have various ways to implement works and express about themselves, while, The most important impediment of Knowledge Management in the device is the incapacity of measuring physical returns to knowledge management. The study concluded: 1. To work on the development of Knowledge Management processes and creating a knowledge section & providing it with qualified staff and work ingredients. 2. The administration should constantly work at developing and improving the technology used at the provision of services. 3. Intensive work to absorb and operationalize the concept of e-government practice through the completion of transactions and providing services to the public electronically beneficiary.
