The Impact of Promoting a Culture of Quality Through Ethical Practices on Achieving Excellence for Universities: An Applied Study on Palestinian Universities

Abstract

The search is designed to identify the extent to which the organizational culture with ethical practices in achieving total quality in Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip. The researcher formulated two major hypotheses and a range of questions covering all aspects of the research. The researcher used descriptive analytical approach for this purpose, used the survey as a tool for data collection, and the study population consisted of (1909) cases with a sample of (320) cases. A two-stage cluster sample was used by the researcher who utilized the (SPSS) as a statistical package to enter and the processing and analysis of data. The research results showed lower rates of availability of organizational culture (the culture of quality), which match the quality and environment as well as low rates of availability of ethical practices, and also the low level of overall quality with Palestinian universities. The study recommended lowering levels of organizational conflict, through the justice deal with all workers, and work with integrity and professionalism.
