Managing Educational Systems in The Light of Systemic Thinking: A Systematic Vision

Abstract

The present study aims to identify the educational systems management in light of systemic thinking, The study mainly adopted the Exploratory Research approach which is considered one of the aspects of the descriptive approach since it fits the nature of the study, its objectives, the study of relationships logic in the educational systems, the layout of relations that govern them and the relationship of these systems with the outer systems found in the society and the other societies. The study concluded that systemic thinking in educational systems management is a holistic entrance to solve problems for it provides a method for the structural analysis in the context of relationships, decisions and develops in individuals and groups an overall vision of the future for any subject without losing its fragments and sees fragments into a whole coherent framework linked annularly not linearly. Thus the study recommends the need to carry out more deep studies by the researchers on the current and future challenges facing systemic thinking and educational systems management in light of six sigma concept and the training of all individuals on the advance technologies continuously to increase the awareness about the systemic  relationships and include media and satellite channels in it.
