The study aimed to identify the degree to which secondary school principals in the Gaza Governorates practiced electronic management during the COVID-19 pandemic and its relationship to their time management. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher employed the descriptive correlational approach due to its suitability for the purposes of the study. The study instrument consisted of a questionnaire comprising (88) items distributed across two dimensions. The first dimension, electronic management, consisted of six domains including (63) items, while the second dimension, time management, consisted of (25) items. The questionnaire was administered to a random sample of (362) teachers during the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The findings revealed that the degree of electronic management practice among secondary school principals in the Gaza Governorates was moderate, with a relative weight of (62.80%). The degree of time management practice was high, with a relative weight of (71.84%). The results also indicated a statistically significant positive correlation between the degree of electronic management practice and the degree of time management practice. The study recommended providing the financial and material resources necessary to support the transition toward electronic management, equipping schools with the latest devices and software required for its implementation, and promoting the exchange of expertise and cooperation in the field of digital transformation through meetings and training courses.
