This study aimed to evaluate the level of social responsibility implementation at Palestine Technical College - Deir El-Balah from the employees' perspective. It focused on four dimensions of social responsibility: the academic, community, environmental, and functional dimensions. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. The required data were collected through a questionnaire developed for this purpose. The study population consisted of all employees at Palestine Technical College - Deir El-Balah, and a comprehensive survey (census) method was employed. The questionnaire was administered electronically using Google Forms. The findings revealed that the level of social responsibility implementation was moderate, with variations in the level of implementation across its dimensions. Statistically significant differences were found in employees' perceptions attributable to gender, academic qualification, and years of service. The study recommended providing and further developing training programs for employees, encouraging their participation in community activities, adopting sustainable environmental practices such as resource conservation and waste management, and conducting periodic evaluations of social responsibility programs to assess their impact on both the community and the college.
