The study aimed to identify the attitudes of middle school students and their teachers toward e-learning in UNRWA schools in the Central Governorate and to examine differences in these attitudes according to gender and years of service. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher employed the descriptive-analytical approach. The study was conducted on a sample of (62) teachers, including (32) males and (30) females, in addition to (216) middle school students, comprising (104) males and (112) females, selected through simple random sampling. The study relied on an attitude scale developed by the researcher as the primary instrument for data collection. The findings revealed that the attitudes of middle school students and their teachers toward e-learning were moderate. The results also indicated significant differences in students’ and teachers’ attitudes according to gender, in favor of males, whereas no statistically significant differences were found in teachers’ attitudes attributable to years of service. The study recommended promoting positive attitudes toward e-learning among students by increasing activities that develop their skills in using e-learning technologies. It also emphasized the importance of training and qualifying teachers to use electronic applications through specialized courses on software and methods of using them.
