The study evaluated the role of technical training in finding employment opportunities in information technology companies in the Gaza Strip. A descriptive-analytical approach and a comprehensive survey were employed due to the small study population, which consisted of (72) managers and administrators. These companies included Inspire Technology Solutions, Developers Company, Modern Technologies Company, Avatar Information Technology Company, and Atiaf Technology Company. Data were collected using a (25)-item questionnaire, of which (55) valid responses were retrieved. Results showed that graduates’ administrative, technical, and creative skills were available at a moderate level (63.503%), while technical skills were relatively weak (53.564%). The findings also revealed a gap between labor market needs and graduates’ competencies, as well as a need for technical colleges to better equip graduates with the skills required in modern IT fields (53.636%). In addition, a statistically significant positive correlation was found at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between graduates’ training skills and labor market requirements. The study recommends that technical colleges develop training programs aligned with current market needs and strengthen coordination with employers and relevant institutions to help bridge the gap between workforce demands and graduates’ skills.
