Open Access and Publication Fees

The Palestine Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (PJECS) is committed to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and to making scholarly research accessible to readers without subscription barriers.

PJECS currently does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the publication process.

Authors are not required to pay fees for submitting, reviewing, revising, or publishing their manuscripts.

Publication Costs

The publication-related costs of PJECS are covered by Palestine Technical College – Deir El-Balah, through the relevant institutional arrangements. This support enables the journal to publish scholarly work without charging authors.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on the originality, scientific quality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, and outcomes of the peer review process. Decisions regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection are made independently of financial considerations. No payment is required or accepted in exchange for favorable editorial decisions.

Future Changes to the Fees Policy

The journal administration may periodically review this policy. Any future changes to publication fees or related conditions will be announced clearly on the journal's official website before taking effect.

Any newly introduced fees will not apply retroactively to manuscripts submitted before the effective date of the revised policy.
