Leadership integrity and its impact on proactive work behavior - A case study of the Palestine Technical College in Deir El-Balah

The study aimed to recognize the integrity of leadership and its impact on the dimensions of (justice, rationality, trust, Compassion, Forgiveness) on the behavior of proactive work (taking responsibility, worker voice, self-creation, prevention of problems) from the point of view of workers at Palestine Technical College in Deir El-Balah. The study used descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of all employees of the Palestine Technical College in Deir El-Balah. The study was applied to them using the Complete Census, Google models were used in distributing the questionnaire to all members of the study community of (168) employees, the Number of (166) questionnaires were retrieved, the retrieval rate was (89.25%) of the study population. The exploratory sample that included (30) individuals was excluded, and the questionnaires that were analyzed were (136). The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) of leadership integrity on the proactive work behavior at Palestine Technical College in Deir El-Balah. The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the integrity of leadership as it is the most appropriate way to support the leadership's ability to create proactive work behaviors in a positive manner that preserves the college.
