Strategic entrepreneurship and its relationship to enhancing the quality of work life among employees of the Palestine Red Crescent Society in the southern governorates

The study aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the strategic entrepreneurship with enhancing the quality of work life of the staff of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in the southern governorates. The study items were applied to a stratified sample, the number of which was "75" from the administrative class only, working in the association., and the method of comprehensive survey of all the elements of the real society has been used for adult study "104". The study followed the analytical descriptive curriculum and relied on identification and brainstorming groups to collect data on the problem in question. The results showed a statistically relevant correlation between strategic entrepreneurship and the quality of work life of the staff of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in the southern governorates. The association's degree of strategic entrepreneurship came at a large relative weight (77.31%). The degree of availability of career quality came at a large relative weight (74.48%). The study also recommended the adoption of an incentive and reward system that is known to all and achieves justice among the association's employees, and to promote leadership thinking among workers by encouraging creativity and innovation.
