Responsibilities

• Sets the editorial direction, scope, and policies of the journal.
• Makes final decisions on acceptance or rejection, based on reviewer and editor recommendations.
• Appoints and evaluates associate editors and board members.
• Handles appeals, complaints, and allegations of misconduct in line with COPE flowcharts.
• Chairs editorial board meetings at least twice a year and signs off on each issue.

Yasser Saleh Alajerami, PhD

Responsibilities

• Acts for the Editor-in-Chief during absences or when the Editor-in-Chief has a conflict of interest.
• Handles manuscripts submitted by the Editor-in-Chief or board members to help ensure independent review.
• Leads journal development, including indexing applications, calls for papers, and special issues.

Name: Dr. Ezzaldeen Edwan

Affiliation: Palestine Technical College – Deir El-Balah, Palestine

Responsibilities

• Runs the editorial office and online submission system.
• Performs technical checks on new submissions, including formatting, completeness, similarity reports, and declarations.
• Tracks review timelines, sends reminders, and communicates with authors.
• Coordinates copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and issue release.

Each associate editor handles manuscripts in their section, selects reviewers, and makes a recommendation to the Editor-in-Chief. Term: three years, renewable.

Members review manuscripts in their fields (at least three per year), suggest reviewers, invite high-quality submissions, and advise on policy. Term: three years, renewable.
