Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of electronic management implementation at Palestine Technical College from the perspective of its employees and to determine whether there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) attributable to the variables of gender, years of service, and educational qualification. Using the descriptive survey approach and drawing on relevant literature, a questionnaire consisting of (30) items was developed and distributed across five dimensions: administrative, financial, human, technical, and security. After establishing its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was administered using the comprehensive survey method to the entire study population, which consisted of (127) male and female employees. The findings revealed that the degree of electronic management implementation at Palestine Technical College was high across all dimensions, with a relative weight of (73.72%). The results also showed no statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of years of service and educational qualification, whereas statistically significant differences were found with respect to gender, in favor of female employees. The study recommended qualifying, training, and developing employees’ skills in the use of computerized technologies and software applications. It also recommended enhancing electronic management projects and their supporting infrastructure through the provision of financial support and the recruitment of personnel with expertise and technical skills in the field of digital technology.
