A proposal for establishment of E-Learning center at Palestinian educational institutions under the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic - Al-Aqsa University as a model

The aim of the current research is to present a proposed vision for an e-learning center in Palestinian educational institutions in light of the coronavirus pandemic - Al-Aqsa University as a model. To achieve this, emphasis was placed on the importance of e-learning in Palestinian educational institutions and the challenges that faced the practice and application of e-learning under outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic after reviewing some experiences of higher education institutions, identifying digital technology tools and classifying it in higher education. Thus, the search envisioned the structure of the e-learning center at Al-Aqsa University as a model for Palestinian higher education institutions that includes the center's administration, the digital content design unit, the e-evaluation unit, the technical network and development support unit. The researcher recommended the necessity of implementing the proposed vision to distinguish the learning process at Al-Aqsa University in accordance with international standards for employing digital technology in the educational process in light of the coronavirus pandemic, and achieving quality in learning methods and e-evaluation, and e-learning activities and integrating them into the educational process at the university.
